Refund & Cancellation Policy

A service visit or inspection charge may apply when a technician visits the customer location for diagnosis. These charges are non-refundable once the visit is completed, even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
2. Repair Charges
Repair charges are applicable only after customer approval. Once the repair work has started or been completed, the charges are non-refundable.
3. Parts & Replacement
Replacement parts or components purchased and installed during service are non-refundable. However, any warranty offered by the part manufacturer (if applicable) will be honored as per their terms.
4. Cancellation Before Technician Visit
Customers may cancel their service request before the technician is dispatched. In such cases, no visit charge will apply.
5. Cancellation After Technician Dispatch
If a technician has already been assigned or dispatched, visit charges may still apply even if the service is cancelled.
6. Service Warranty
